to See What Was Missing.
At 14, she started slinging Chinese fast food at Patty's in Kahala Mall and did not stop selling from there. Terra spent eight years in Las Vegas representing luxury casino resorts, learning high-volume sales, relationship management across diverse industries, and the art of extracting exactly what someone needs from a conversation before they even know how to ask for it. That skill is the foundation of everything Terra Properties does.
In 2006 Terra returned to Oʻahu and spent seven years in destination resort sales while earning her Bachelor of Science in Business Management. That career gave her an intimate understanding of Hawaiʻi's business landscape, its networks, and the kind of trust-based relationship culture that defines how business gets done here. You do not succeed in Hawaiʻi without knowing how to build genuine relationships. Terra has been doing it her entire career.
Terra is the founder of RUSHwahine, a membership community supporting women and small business owners across the islands with professional resources, referrals, and mentorship. She is an advocate for women in business, a believer in the power of community before commerce, and someone who has spent her entire career proving that the best deals happen when people feel genuinely supported. That philosophy lives in every client interaction at Terra Properties.
What Terra brings to real estate is not just a license, it's a decade of sales strategy, a deeply local network, and a philosophy that the most valuable thing you can do for a client is make sure they are ready before they take any action. She built the Key Collective — an invite-only network of vetted agents, lenders, property managers, and real estate professionals across Oʻahu, the neighbor islands, and Las Vegas — because the quality of the introduction matters as much as the introduction itself.
